We want you to feel safe and comfortable making your purchase decision, knowing that if you don't love it, you are welcome to return it for a store credit or an exchange.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
To lodge a return, simply use the contact form on the website and provide your order number.
We will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange your return.
Clothing exchanges - We do not do exchanges on wearable items. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If you would like to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us directly at email@example.com to request cancellation. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders outside of this time-frame.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you shortly to arrange for further instructions.
